Documentary coverage is where the candid magic happens. We’re devoted to integrating into your time together and giving gentle direction only when it’s needed.
With our documentary approach, you won’t need to “pose for the photo” for hours – we’ll capture all your best angles during the portrait session, but for the majority of the day, we’ll focus on capturing real emotions and experiences.

Weather or not you’re working with a wedding planner or coordinator, I’m happy to support the creation of your itinerary so that we have ample time to flow from one moment to the next. Discovery calls, pre wedding meetings and site visits before your booked time are all included in your coverage investment. I love working with couples to create timelines and run sheets that match the pace and priorities for how they’d like to experience their day.
PLANNING TOOLS AND TEMPLATES
Kate’s created a number of guides to support client’s sessions, elopements and wedding journeys as well as comprehensive questionnaires that gather all the details needed to create an experience-oriented coverage plan. Some value – aligned vendor recommendations can be included as well if you’re still looking to build an incredible team.
Polished imageRY WORTHY OF A MAGAZINE – Minor retouching included
Your images arrive refined, colour graded and polished with the level of care editorial imagery is known for. This can include removing some blemishes, some distracting light switches and exit signs and other clutter, ensuring that each image is a polished work of art.
Weddings and elopements will arrive within 10 weeks and sessions within 4.
DIGITAL GALLERY DELIVERY + PROFESSIONAL PRINT LABS
Your gallery will arrive with an integrated slideshow and link to easily download or share your images in high or web resolution. Your images will be available online for up to 1 year and can be protected with a password of your choosing.
You’ll have the option to purchase exclusive professional prints through my web store – guaranteed accurate to the studio’s editing style. You’ll have full printing rights as well, if you wish to print elsewhere.
Wedding and Elopement clients will receive an online gallery as well as an editorial slideshow to relive each moment.

This coverage is for celebrations of all sizes and can be booked for all dates up to 24 months in advance.

This coverage is for intimate celebrations under 15 people. Weekday dates can be booked within the same calendar year. Select Saturdays from June – September can be booked 4~ months in advance.

To secure your date, complete the included booking questionnaire, which will capture details for the contract.
I’ll then forward an invoice to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer. Payment plan options are available.
Once complete, I’ll share a resource guide to support our coverage planning and check-ins before your coverage.

Your pre-wedding/elopement questionnaire will arrive 2 months before your coverage date.
On the day, I’ll work in supportive and subtle ways to capture and celebrate your big moments.
