SUPER 8 WEDDING FILM

Super 8 wedding films are offered for couples drawn to a nostalgic, whimsical, cinematic record of their celebration — available as a standalone experience or thoughtfully woven alongside photography coverage for a half or full day.

Because of the hands-on nature of film and lab processing, Super 8 is reserved for select dates and projects each season. Peak summer and fall weekends require a minimum investment.

Super 8 trailer films begin at $950 when paired with photography coverage.

I recommend 12 – 18 months gives you the best change of securing prime dates. 18 months for summer and fall, and 12 for winter and spring.

You bet, contact to discuss your wedding photography package. The 70% balance on your investment can be divided up into smaller increments.

Definitely – we love natural light – but are by no means a “natural light photographer.” We enjoy using a mix of direct and off camera flash so that, all aspects of your day are captured professionally.

Wedding Coverage includes travel from mid to South Vancouver Island. Travel to Vancouver and the Sea to Sky area and beyond is available at a special rate.

Because no two weddings are the same – many are deeply curated and custom planned events – we go where our people go, and quote accordinly.

The best of both worlds – also known as “loose editorial” – we capture narrative-driven, poetic and cinematic candid moments of you and your loved ones belnded with fashion inspired detail, lighting, and styling approaches. Capped off with a meticulous post-production so that each image is polished into a magazine worthy work of art.

In the summer months, I encourage a moment for evening photo sessions whenever possible. Shaded, evenly lit areas always photograph well during the heat of the day for ceremonies and family photos.

Elopements are booked up to 1 year in advance. Weddings are booked for this year and next. Booking minimums apply to select weekend dates during the busy May – October season. Inquire for details or to be added to the waitlist for when books open the year after next.

After our call, explore and accept your quote, complete the booking questionnaire, sign your contract then forward your 30% retainer.

You bet! Because of our skill with on and off camera flash, we get booked for weddings year round. While we always encoruage timelines where big photo moments happen before sun down, we’re able to capture weddings in all lighting conditions.

Most people feel this way – and that’s ok! We take a candid approach so that your images feel real versus stiff. An engagement session is always recommended.

10 hours is often ideal for multiple locations, and extended bridal/boudoir portrait sessions should the timeline allow.
