    Wedding and elopement galleries are delivered fully edited within 8 weeks – at times 10.

    Engagement sessions and boudoir galleries typically arrive within 4 weeks.

    Yes. We work closely with planners, coordinators, and venues to craft your run sheet and ensure your day flows smoothly and that our meeting notes and shot lists can be easily shared — with space for both meaningful moments and beautiful imagery.

    The studio offers a mix of all-inclusive coverage and artwork-based collections, depending on the service. Wedding, elopement, and branding clients typically choose inclusive coverage, while boudoir sessions begin with a session fee and optional artwork collections.

    Popular add-ons include:
    – Fine art albums
    – Instant and 35mm film
    – Super 8 video
    – Month-of or day-of elopement coordination

    All pricing is thoughtfully structured to include professional insurance, backup equipment, editing support, and contingency coverage — ensuring your date and memories are fully protected.

    Most couples book this year or next, depending on availability.

    Up to 1 year in advance:
    – Boudoir Sessions
    – Commercial projects
    – Weekday elopements
    – All-inclusive elopement coverage

    Around 2 – 4 months in advance:
    – Photography-only weekend elopements (select dates)
    – Engagement + couple sessions

    Travel is included for full-day coverage across Vancouver Island.
    Fuel and ferry costs apply for Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky region.

    All quotes are transparent and price ranges are inclusive — reach out for a detailed investment guide.

    Dates are secured with a signed contract and retainer. Because we accept a limited number of weddings and elopements each year, availability is offered on a first-come basis – quotes expire after 30 days to ensure our busy season stays within scope.
