If you choose to include an assistant on your day, they can help capture moments and serve as your signing witnesses. Of course, you’re also welcome to invite your own friends or family to share this special role.

No — your licence is a personal responsibility. We’ll guide you on where to obtain it and connect you with an officiant available for your date. On your day, you’ll bring the licence to the ceremony to make it official.

We focus on documenting your connection and curating (or assembling) a vendor team to support your vision and experience unfolding. You’ll want to have wedding attire, accommodations, getting-ready locations, and any meals or refreshments outside what’s planned. If guests are attending, include invitations and any details you’d like photographed. Optional engagement sessions, Super 8, or fine art albums can also be planned ahead to enhance your keepsakes.

Elopements under 6 hours are treated as a half-day block — typically morning, afternoon, or evening. For a full-day experience, we recommend booking 6+ hours to allow for fuller documentation of your elopement experience.

Guest counts depend on your ceremony style and location limitations. Most elopements include fewer than 8 guests, with up to 15 often considered a micro-wedding. If your vision calls for additional decor, setup, or design, we can connect you with trusted planning partners to bring your day to life.

All elopement packages include travel across South Vancouver Island. Travel to Vancouver, the Sea to Sky corridor, Tofino, and the Gulf Islands is available at a reasonable additional rate.

Absolutely! Pets are welcome. We ask that they remain on leash, with a handler present to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

We’re prepared for a little weather — clear umbrellas are on hand to keep the day flowing naturally. For heli-elopements, fog or visibility may require adjustments, and we’ll plan around conditions so your experience remains smooth and calm.

For elements like ceremony seating, a signing table, arch setup, or music, we collaborate with experienced event partners. This ensures your location supports your vision, whether you’re keeping it minimal or elevating the day with additional decor and experience-driven touches.

Weekdays are recommended (Monday to Thursday) for quieter parks, more intimate ceremonies and less crowds if you’d like photos in public areas.

Investment minimums also apply to weekend dates in the Summer – inquire for availability.

Half day elopements are booked up to 1 year in advance.

Booking minimums apply to select weekend dates during the busy May – October season.

Yes, I’m happy to. All media-only bookings will receive a welcome guide that includes some of my favourite people. All-inclusive options are booked collaboratively. Venues and accomodations are booked directly by the couple if they’d like to have a private, indoor option.

Endless! Beaches and forested areas are popular options, so are Airbnbs, boutique hotels and restaurants, city hall and unique destinations.

Sailboats, meadows, and heli-elopements are also dreamy options. We can discuss this further on a call.
