Yes of course. We use prompts to guide you through each step of the process in a way that fun and authentic to how you naturally express and connect.

Wedding an elopement galleries typically arrive fully edited within 8 weeks. Most other galleries including engagement sessions and boudoir arrive within 4 weeks. Commercial projects depend on the scope and scale of the project. You’ll receive a calendar invite with a projected delivery date once an estimate is available.

Kate offers Super 8 only offerings for certain lengths available for select dates. Inquire for details!

The studio offers a combination of all inclusive coverage and artwork packages for wedding, elopement, and branding clients as well as session fees with artwork collection add ons for boudoir clients.

Some popular add ons include: fine art albums, Instant film, 35 mm film, Super 8 video, or month of or day of coordination for elopements.

Pricing is structured in a way that it covers business insurance, software, primary and back up gear, taxes, insurance, as as well as the rate of an associate photographer and/or editor in the highly unlikely case that a disaster, illness or injury occurs that impacts a date that can not be rescheduled. 

This calendar year and next.

1 year in advance: boudoir and proposals, conferences, full day events and commercial projects, weekday elopements, or weekend elopements that include month of or day of coordination. 

4 months in advance: photography-only weekend elopements for select dates, couple and engagement sessions.

Travel is included in full day coverage throughout Vancouver Island – fuel and ferry charges apply to Vancouver and the Sea to Sky region. All quotes are inclusive of travel. Reach out for an investment guide.
