Your images arrive refined, colour graded and polished with the level of care editorial imagery is known for. This can include removing some blemishes, some distracting clutter, ensuring that each image is a polished work of art.

Elopements will arrive within 8 weeks and engagement sessions within 4.

DIGITAL GALLERY DELIVERY + PROFESSIONAL PRINT LABS

Your gallery will arrive with an integrated slideshow and link to easily download or share your images in high or web resolution. Your images will be available online for up to 1 year and can be protected with a password of your choosing.

You’ll have the option to purchase exclusive professional prints through the studio web store – guaranteed accurate to the studio’s editing style. You’ll have full printing rights as well, if you wish to print elsewhere.

Wedding and Elopement clients will receive an online gallery as well as an editorial slideshow to relive each moment.

We collaborate on crafting and designing a handmade heirloom album crafted from archival paper and inks capable of preserving your legacy for generations.

Super 8 films are moving vintage picture frames that capture scenes in a nostalgic and whimsical way. Films can range from one minute to ten minutes in length depending on how many film cartridges we use.

A second photographer is included for part of the day to help capture all the big moments for films longer than 3 minutes.

I’ll then forward an invoice to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer. Payment plan options are available.

Once complete, I’ll share a resource guide to support our coverage planning and check-ins before your coverage.

Your pre-elopement questionnaire will arrive 2 months before your coverage date.

Got Questions?

If we bring a videographer/assistant on the team then we can both be your signing witnesses. If you prefer, you can bring your own friends as well. (Note: heli elopements have seating limidations so let’s discuss)

No. We’ll let you know where to source it and then connect you with an officiant available for your date. It is up to you to bring it to the ceremony it to get legally married.

Your wedding day outfits, accomodations, meals and getting ready locations, and invitation / details if you wish to have them included in your coverage.

Depending on your ceremony style, it greatly depends on the location and its limitations. Our elopements typically have less than 8 guests and as many as 15 before they’re considered a micro-wedding.

Depending on the scope of the set up, we may need to connect with a planning or decor partner to help transform your location into an event space.

Elopement packages include travel from mid to South Vancouver Island. Travel to Vancouver and the Sea to Sky area and beyond is available at a special rate.

I have two clear umbrellas we can use to navigate the weather as it comes. Heli elopements can be impacted by visibility.

It is for something fairly simple. If you want more locations or adventerous images, its definitely a great idea to add an hour or two.

Weekdays are recommended (Monday to Thursday) for quieter parks, more intimate ceremonies and less crowds in photos. Hourly booking minimums apply to weekend dates in the Summer – inquire for availability.

Elopements are booked up to 1 year in advance. Booking minimums apply to select weekend dates during the busy May – October season. Inquire for details.
